I had to deal with a highly qualified staff member his name is Mr Yaakoub, I have traveled lot and stayed at lot of Hotel and dealt with lot of customer services staff members with ups and downs but with this gentleman from Faimont Makkah clock royal tower an experience that I will never forget for the rest of my life starting from one day of my arrival to the hotel I can not describe how professional he was with his excellent communication, very polite well mannered well spoken genuine in all his promises for the duration of my 4 nights stay absolutely more then happy and satisfied I would go back and highly recommend this Hotel to anyone very very nice
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights ..and I can't be more happier with the service and the staff..everything was perfect and top notch Receptionist Asma was very helpful and welcoming..she facilitated our check in process In a professional manner...asked us for our room and floor preferences.. she has done an amazing job All other staff : Housekeeping .. restaurant ..porters..security..concierge...all were amazing, helpful, friendly and professional Our umrah was a memorable journey and the staff at Fairmont make it more enjoyable. Definitely we will be back again.
I made a reservation and it said to pay at the check in. They sent me invoice to pay prior to arrival and canceled the reservation before I check in for non-payment.

Other than one single issue, everything was ok. I was there for 2 nights only, and one night was ruined because of wifi connectivity problem. I request Fairmont staff to compensate me, but they did not. Other than this issue, everything else was ok.
The hotel is the best option for Omrah . Good service the people are very friendly. The only issue is elevators
Room is nice and big but the hotel falls short in a couple of areas, there always seem to be problems with the lifts often multiple are out of service and it’s quite difficult to manage when you have to take two sets of lifts to get in and out. Secondly the room was missing basic amenities such as a prayer mat, bathrobes and even a toothbrush. When booking the room I had selected to use some Accor rewards points only to be charged the full amount. Overall the location is great but I’m not sure it’s worth paying the premium compared to other clock tower hotels.
